Regional and Macro-Regional Strategies for and with the Western Balkans
Which strategy is being followed in research and innovation in the Western Balkan countries? Are there too many strategies and how well interconnected are they? Are they truly been followed or just pieces of paper? Which macro-regional strategies apply to the Western Balkans (e.g. the EU Strategy for the Danube Region or the Adriatic-Ionian Region)? How are activities being implemented?
The essence of strategy is that you must set limits on what you're trying to accomplish. (Michael Porter)
