The Working Group meeting will start on September 24 at lunch time and will finish on September 25 at approximately 17:00.

Prior to the Working Group meeting, on September 24, there will be a meeting of the Impact and Stakeholder Engagement Group (ISEG), Sustainability Group (SG) and Communication Group (COMG) starting at 9:00.  

Following the success of the previous Working Group Meetings, we will have  a joint interactive discussion of all three working groups as well as meetings of the three individual working groups. You can find the preliminary programme below.

Call for applications

In case you are interested to attend the meeting, please send the filled-out application form below to Andjela Pepic (andjela.lalovic@gmail.com) and Andri Charalambous (andric@cing.ac.cy) by Wednesday, June 20, 2018, at the very latest. As BESTPRAC is related to best practices in project administration, this will be taken into account by not granting any extension of the application deadline and by not considering any late-comers. 

According to the rules set by the COST office, participants who are Early Stage Administrators and those from inclusiveness countries are especially encouraged to apply. Previous participation in BESTPRAC activities is not a prerequisite for participation at the meeting.

The decision on who will receive reimbursement will be announced by July 15, 2018 the latest. 

Financial support

Approximately 80 participants will be reimbursed. 

Applicants should not buy tickets and make hotel reservations before they receive the official invitation through the e-COST system to attend the meeting. Only after having received this official invitation you are entitled to receive reimbursement. 

Together with the possible reimbursement for travel and accommodation costs, participants will also receive a per diem of EUR 40. As the local organizer does not get financial support by COST for entire boarding, you will be charged EUR 60 for the lunches and the dinner. Payment details for the catering fee will be provided together with the notification of acceptance.
