- Ms Emanuela Cincu (I was the IFIN-HH/Romania representative (Technical Officer) in the IAEA Regional Project RER 2/004 which aimed to implement the Quality Management System; in that position I initiated and trigerred in the QMS direction 7 Laboratories involved in nuclear applications, including metrology. As the first accredited laboratory in IFIN-HH, I am leading now a project that helps other 3 labs involved in research and applications to get accreditation. I organised two international Workshops in fields connected with Quality and performance: in 2001 under the IAEA' supervision, regarding INyternal Audit, and in 2005 regading how to get performance; now, in 2007 I am again the Director of a high level Workshop concerning: how to evaluate and prove performance and Excellence in applications of nuclear techniques and radiation dosimetry with applications in industry, health, environment and medicine {address:http://nuclearpt-2007.nipne.ro} )
