News archive - EVAL-INCO – Evaluators database for International Cooperation
EVAL-INCO is a database of evaluators which is used to facilitate the assessment of proposals for research projects, submitted in the context of the Joint Calls of regional ERA-NETs.
Researchers are invited to register for this evaluators database online.
Within the regional ERA-NETs of the FP7 programme of the European Commission research cooperation between scientists from the EU Members and third countries is promoted. Within the Joint Calls of these ERA.NETs research projects and networks in different scientific fields are supported.
The database of evaluators EVAL-INCO is first of all designed to facilitate the assessment of the proposals, submitted in the context of these calls. All the proposals are evaluated with the help of independent experts (peer review). The results of the peer review evaluation form the basis for the funding decision within the respective ERA.NET.
On the website http://www.eval-inco.pt-dlr.de/ you find information on the background, rules for evaluators, etc.
If you are interested in becoming an evaluator in EVAL-INCO, please fill in this Registration Form on the EVAL-INCO website, consisting of a “Declaration on the Acceptance of the EVAL-INCO Rules for Evaluators”, your contact details, keywords, FP7 themes and free words describing your scientific expertise, and your CV. Only after provision of all these elements your registration as evaluator becomes effective.
The first use of the database will be made for the SEE-ERA.NET PLUS call which will be launched in autumn this year (see preannouncement in the related article).
