News archive - POLICY ANSWERS Capacity Building Support for SMEs in Albania: Mentoring for grant proposal development available
POLICY ANSWERS has been offering support for innovative SMEs and start-ups in Albania to seek out and apply for EU funding for RDI actions that involve an international partner. This activity is being delivered by the independent consultant Lisa Cowey who has strong experience in the region of supporting proposal concept development, partner searching and proposal writing.
This activity is gathering pace with the news we are expecting in relation to a coordinated Eureka Network Projects call in the autumn of 2023. Lisa has been already supporting a number of companies from Albania to develop a concept for an innovative product or service that they want to develop with an enterprise or HEI partner. POLICY ANSWERS is now helping to identify a project partner from one of the coordinating countries. A workshop is planned for early September to help potential applicants to register with the Eureka platform, understand the assessment criteria and begin to plan for critical aspects of their project including the consortium agreement and management of intellectual property rights (IPR).
