News archive - [Call for participation] Entrepreneurial innovation in the IPA Adriatic area - Take part in the online survey
This survey has been prepared in order to assess the present status of accellerators and incubators in the IPA Adriatic area and the results will contribute in drawing up of a common management plan for the Adriatic incubators and innovative business supporting centers identified for supporting EUSAIR strategy.
The HIVES Project deals with the main challenges in the field of entrepreneurial innovation in the IPA Adriatic area: low R&D investments, low propensity among SME to collaborate on knowledge transfer projects and public private partnerships; low attractiveness of talent and high qualified resources, poor access to funding sources for research and lack of venture capital. HIVES promotes the idea that incubators and accellerators are the best solution to support start ups in the early stage.
Moreover, it believes that the birth of strong and numerous businesses in the area is a key factor for economic, cultural and social growth. For this reason, the survey would like to support the organizations operating in this direction.
