News archive - [Event Review] FORSEE National Open Consultation Event, Slovenia
The Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sport together with University of Ljubljana, Faculty of Economics organized the Slovenian national open consultation (OC) as part of the FORSEE methodology. The event was held on October 10, 2012 as part of the 15th International Information Society – IS 2012 multiconference in Ljubljana at the “Jozef Stefan” Institute.
The national OC ICT experts, academia, industry representatives and non-governmental organizations were invited.
National OC included two consecutive sessions for the selected topics, namely ICT for environment and Digital content in order to enable all participants to take an active part in the discussion. The initial SWOT analyses for the selected topics were thus reviewed and discussed with the active contribution of the participants.
The results of this event will contribute to the regional OC event which will be held in January, 2013 in Ljubljana and where experts from all of SEE can participate.
