Programme description Main objectives The Interreg IPA Cooperation Programme Croatia Bosnia and Herzegovina-Montenegro 2014-2020 is designed to strengthen the social, economic and territorial development of the cross-border area between Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Montenegro.
