Video and Audio Conferencing tool that is going to be created in this project will create a real time connection between South East European University (SEEU) participants located anywhere on the Internet. When operating at its highest capacity, this connection supports body language interaction, shared display of real time events and quality audio interactive communication including also and text-chatting.

The available capacity to use this technology in our University will allow our team to design a Video Conferencing Tool (SpeedNet) which will enable high levels of closeness between SEEU participants, students and lecturers. SpeedNet is an example of an advanced technology application that has the potential to link remote sites together and offer new ways for the delivery of learning, professional development, and administrative programs and services.

In order to improve communication in our University, we will create Windows and Web application which will provide audio, video and text communication between SEEU participants.
