My name is Aleksandra Mecaj - Arseni, and I’m working for seven years as a law practitioner, mainly in the field of Intellectual Property Rights, since I am a licensed Patent and Trademark Attorney. My carrier in the field of IPR disputes has given me the opportunity to work with many foreign clients that possess IP rights over very well-known trademarks and I may confess that even though the legal practice on IP rights is not very rich in Albania , we have tried to provide the best and favorable solutions for our clients. My interest is gaining new information in legal matters, helping me further for my studies which I currently attending on International Commercial Law, especially for my final master thesis that I'm planning to do soon, related to Intellectual Property enforcement problems in Albania.
