 Over 12 years of experience in lecturing in the University (Faculty of Civil Engineering and Architecture) and presenting data to students and non-specialists. Over 3 years of Experience in Team Leadership, Data Analysis and Project Management.  Experienced in environmental research.  Experience with municipalities of Kosovo and legal experts in Ministry of Environment, Ministry of Justice.  Extensive experience in Business Process Reengineering.  Experience with DFID, EU, World Bank, UNDP funded projects. Familiar with EU and WB reporting standards, ability to operate in a multi-cultural environment, and coordination with other regional experts. • Thorough knowledge of the Socio-Economic and Political Context in the Balkans. • Experience in presenting technical data to non-specialists. Most of the projects are presented to non-specialists. In most projects research findings are presented to people who are not as familiar with peculiarities of research methodologies, as their technical or marketing managers are. • Experience in presenting in public and conducting trainings for various audiences.
