Ms. Elif ÖZKARAGÖZ has a BS Degree in International Relations from the Middle East Technical University, 2005 (Ankara-Turkey) and a Master Degree in European Studies from the University of Bonn, 2006 (Bonn-Germany). She has been working as Assistant Expert in the EU Framework Programmes National Coordination Office of TUBITAK since September 2007. She is responsible for International Cooperation activities under FP7. She is actively involved in number of INCO projects under FP7 such as INCO-NET.EECA, INCONTACT, SEA-EU-NET.
