Mr Dukagjin PUPOVCI is the Executive Director of the Kosova Education Center, a non-governmnetal organisation focused on teacher training and education research. He holds a PhD degree in the field of applied mathematics and is professor at the University of Prishtina. Mr Pupovci has been involved in reforming the education system in Kosovo by assuming a leading role in a number of expert groups for general and higher education. For two years he was an advisor for education and science to the Prime Minister of Kosovo.
