RIPA International seeks to promote good governance by preparing civil servants to foster key performance capabilities in the effective implementation of policy-making that supports unchanging good governance principles - openness and transparency, accountability, integrity and clarity of purpose. We are currently expanding our training, consultancy and coaching services to Turkey and the Western Balkans region and we are very interested in hearing from individual consultants and experts with: 1. Expertise in EU integration policies and EU system 2. Professional experience in the public and/or third sectors in Southern Europe or specific in the Balkans region. 3. Familiarity with gender equality approaches and intercultural understanding in the Balkans region 4. Knowledge of citizen engagement mechanisms and experience in capacity building of civil society in the targeted region 5. Understanding of vulnerable groups and youth policy development in the targeted region 6. Experience implementing projects in the areas of democracy, human rights and the rule of law
