Mr. Sean McCARTHY (Dr.), is a leading expert on EU RTD programmes and director of the Hyperion Ltd, Dublin, with whom SBRA has developed excellent collaboration. He is well known throughout Europe for excellence in delivering training courses for research management. He will be responsible for training RTD managers.
