Fatima OUALI (Directorate General for International Cooperation and Development, Directorate for Academic and Scientific cooperation) is head of the "Multilateral and European scientific programmes unit department". She holds a PhD in Materials Science from Paris Sud Orsay university (2000). She worked for 4 years at the french national scientific research center (CNRS) as an engineer in technology transfer. She joined the Ministry of Foreign Affairs's scientific cooperation department in 2006.
