COVID-19 Investment Response – EU4BusinessRecovery

The EU4Bussiness Recovery project aims to reduce the consequences caused by the Covid-19 pandemic on agricultural and tourism enterprises, micro, small and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) in the metal and wood sector, and the textile, apparel, leather and footwear production sector, as well as on entrepreneurs and farmers.

The project ensures the continuity of business operations and the establishment of innovative start-ups, in order to preserve existing and secure new jobs and thus reduce negative social consequences, such as unemployment, poverty or migration.

EU4BusinessRecovery is a continuation of the EU4Business project, in which 10 million euros of financial assistance are intended for the development of the private sector in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

The EU4BussinessRecovery project is worth 13.7 million euros, and is jointly financed by the European Union (13 milions euros)
and the Federal Republic of Germany (700 thousand euros). It is implemented by GIZ, ILO and UNDP.
