• The proposal of incentives and activities to develop small and medium-sized enterprises and handicraft production, particularly encouraging export-oriented
entrepreneurs and new technologies;
• Participation in strategy development of small and medium enterprises and development strategy for vocational-entrepreneurial activities;
• The development of international cooperation and education facilities;
• The promotion of entrepreneurship and development of new technologies.
