school education and secondary school education;
• Administrative, professional and other tasks falling under competencies of the Republic of Srpska in the area of high education;
• Preparation of collaboration programs with Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina and another countries and another international organizations in the field of education according to Constitution of Republic of Srpska and Constitution of Bosnia and Herzegovina;
• Pedagogical standards and students’ standards.
