The main objective of the Automotive Cluster BiH is to increase the competitiveness of all participating companies of the automotive industry. For this purpose, AC BiH combines the competences of its currently 28 members and acts as a platform and motor for technological innovations, national and
international cooperation, marketing and sales.
To achieve its objective, AC BiH conducts the following activities:
• Representation of its members in trade associations, other organisations and in the public;
• Preparation of recommendations and strategies for the development of the automotive industry;
• Exchange of information and interests, public relations;
• Initiation and maintenance of horizontal networks (e.g. involvement of suppliers of the same value-added chain in common activities for development, production, sales, etc.);
• Initiation and maintenance of vertical networks (e.g. involvement of enterprises along the value-added chain (R&D, production, marketing) in the systemic buildup of system competence;
• Offering consultancy and services to strengthen the competitiveness of its members;
• Measures for awareness-raising to improve the degree of awareness of its members and the business location BiH for international automotive companies and investors
