The Association Bosper is a non-governmental organization whose primary goal is to provide a comprehensive service to agriculture producers and foster
the development of agricultural production in BiH, in order to reduce poverty in rural area.
Bosper originated in the Lutheran World Federation, agriculture office in Tuzla, a humanitarian organization which successfully implemented numerous project of urgent aid and job creation in Bosnia and Herzegovina during the last decade through the development of agriculture and application of modern technologies resulting in the increase of the quality and quantity of yields. Based on this approach, Bosper continues the work as a local NGO Bosper Tuzla and supported many beneficiaries to perform agricultural production as their primary activity and as their basic source of sustenance.

Bosper’s mission follows the idea of “Living by own work” and has already implemented several agricultural development projects with 1-4 years of duration:
• Project on Regional and Local Private Sector Development with Focus on Food Market, supported by Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency (SIDA)
• Project on Capacity Building of Individuals and Groups through training and Education, supported by German organisation- EED
• Project on Reintegration of Communities -Job Creation in Agriculture and Handicraft, supported by HEKS-EPER Switzerland
• Project on Agriculture Development in Cooperation with Local Communities, supported by Municipality Tuzla

The projects are implemented with support of international and local donors and stakeholders and in cooperation with governmental institutions, NGOs
and other organizations. Furthermore, Bosper provides education for agricultural producers in introduction and application of new technologies in market oriented production, legal support, connection with suppliers, consultancy, marketing support, etc.
