CETaqua integrates, manages and executes research projects aimed at proposing innovative solutions to companies, society and the Administrations to solve environmental and technological problems linked to management of the complete water cycle.The founding partners of CETaqua are: Aguas de Barcelona (AGBAR). Private company, Spanish leader in the complete water cycle, with 140 years experience. Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya (UPC). Catalan public university of recognized prestige, specialized in engineering, science and architecture. Spanish National Research Council (CSIC). The biggest public research body in Spain, specialized in scientific and technical areas closely related to those carried out in the centre.VISION: Be the technology centre of reference in the creation of knowledge and the development of technologies associated with the complete water cycle at the regional, national and international level. OBJECTIVES: Contribute to research and development of technologies related to the complete water cycle, promoting synergies between companies, research centres and universities. 1. Create knowledge in new technologies related to the complete water cycle. 3. Influence the strategic RDI agendas of collaborative agencies on a regional/national and international (EU) level. 4. Disseminate the knowledge generated on RDI projects. 5. Execute R6D projects with a strong industrial added value. 6. Promote R&D projects with Universities and Research Centres and Administrations.
