The Southeast Europe Institute on Health and Nursing is a multi-disciplinary network of healthcare and other professionals, representing several professional disciplines and having a broad range of skills and experience.

Its approach is based on four key principles:

• Patient and Student Centered - support in improvement and development work is based on the underlying belief that supported organizations want to make better services for patients, researchers and students. This aim is achieved through
evidence based identifying needs for specific improvement of organizational effectiveness.

• Partnership - support is based on partnership with organizations

• Developmental - the primary aim of the support offered  is to transfer improvement ‘know-how’ and change
management knowledge and skills to educational and health organizations.

• Measurable Improvements - support is directed to achieve demonstrable, sustainable improvements, whether through one-off interventions or through more fundamental longer-term changes.
