"Forestry Institute, Macedonia is an independent non-governmental organization that stands on the pillars of the vision for an integrated approach toward environment and forestry as a whole. It is an organization that serves to the benefit of Macedonian forestry to realign it to the new and modern trends in forestry.
The Mission of the Forestry Institute of Macedonia is to conduct, promote and cooperate in high quality, user-focused research and development on national and international level, to enhance the sustainable development, conservation and efficient utilization of Macedonian's forest resources."
