"Department of Food Hygiene & Technology is the leading educational, research and diagnostic institution in the field of food safety, quality and technology in Bosnia and Herzegovina. The Department participated as a partner in an INCO three-year project within the FP5 program (project acronym: SAFETY SAUSAGE).

Our main interest is research in various aspects of food safety, food qualty and related areas of public health."
