"Montenegro's Euro Info Correspondence Centre (EICC) started in April 2002 and was established in line with the country's efforts to foster the development of Montenegrin enterprises through direct assistance and information about the European market, undera project funded by the European Union (EU) and managed by the European Agency for Reconstruction (EAR). The EICC is hosted by the National Directorate for Development of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEDA), the public institution supporting the restructuring of the Montenegrin economy and promoting the private SME sector in Montenegro."
