Riinvest Institute for Development Research
Riinvest has been operating since 1995 as a non-profit research organization, with a mission to promote modern economic development in Kosovo based on a philosophy of entrepreneurship. Between 1997 and 1999, Riinvest conducted research activities oriented towards the growth of knowledge and information on domestic and international factors influencing Kosova’s economy. From 1999 to 2000, Riinvest activities were oriented towards analysing various situations in different business sectors (SMEs, family businesses, SOEs) and their successful reconstruction. Since 2001, its main activities have included research on policies and policy advocacies on the expansion of the business environment and construction of conditions towards economic viability.
