The National Centre for Social Studies (NCSS) is a non government organisation, non profitable and non political, established in 1998 offering alternative and independent social policy analyses and recomandations. The Center engages in advanced analytical research and draws upon its continuously expanding portfolio of state-of-the-art research methods. Spreding informations and experiences through researches and studies, developing institutions and human resources through teaching and training programs as well as experimenting and offering social services close to the beneficiaries’ needs are main areas of engagement of NACSS.
