PRIZMA Foundation for Improvement of Employment Possibilities, an institution, was funded in July 2011 according to the Law of Labour Market Regulation (Gazette of Republic of Slovenia No. 80/10) - ZUTD and is the legal successor of Regional Labour Fundation of Podravje (RLFP), funded in 2000 as a non-profit organisation for active labour market policy measures implementation. PRIZMA foundation combines national, local, private and EU sources with the purpose to prevent unemployment, maintain workplaces and to create new employment opportunities in Podravje region.

PRIZMA foundation and social partners stimulate creation of work places and decrease rates of unemployment, which contributes to essential improvement of socio-economic situation in the region. Foundation is one of the most vital actors in the region in increasing employment possibilities of redundant workers and unemployed by stimulating their reintegration into the labour market.

Activities of the Foundation are focused on supporting the unemployed and companies by renewal of human resources and preparation of HR renewal programs,human resource development plans and plans to train the employees. Activities of PRIZMA foundation are focused especially in counselling by career planning, self-employment, lifelong learning, mentoring, improvement of competences and skills with training and other supporting measures to redundant workers and unemployed.
