SID Bank is the parent company of the SID Bank Group. Beside SID Bank the group constitute also: SID – Prva kreditna zavarovalnica d.d., Ljubljana, credit insurance company, PRVI FAKTOR, faktoring družba, d.o.o., factoring company, and PRO KOLEKT, družba za izterjavo, d.o.o., debt collection company.

Key figures: Total assets per 31.12.2009 were EUR 3,025 million, equity EUR 322 million.
