The Montenegro Chamber of Skilled Crafts and Entrepreneurship is a roof organization representing the professional, economical and social interests of Montenegrin small and medium sized enterprises organized by 15 professional associations.

It is a self-governed, professional and interest organization that deals with the improvement and development of handicrafts by creating of conditions for the spread of entrepreneurial spirit, protection of interests of artisans and consumers of crafts products and services. The Association is particularly committed to strengthening the reputation of craftsmanship, the economic position of the artisan, regional development, education policy, future technologies, environmental protection, the European market and business framework for the entrepreneurial middle class economy.

Since 28th of March 2011, the Chamber has been transforming into the public institution „Montenegro Chamber of Skilled Crafts“ (according to the law of handicrafts which was adopted in August 2009).

The members are offered information and consulting services by providing education, training, business and market connections, cheaper suppliers, public relations, events, trade fairs, electronic marketing, lobbing and advocacy. It represents the interests of the middle class economy with one vote in front of politics, economy and the public.

The Chamber is a member of international organizations such as: Regional network association of the middle class economy - Mittelstandsbüro Balkan, European Association of Craft, Small and Medium-sized Enterprises – UEAPME, Balkan Association of Hair Dressers and Cosmeticians, Balkan Association of Goldsmiths, Balkan Association of Business Women, Balkan Alliance of Hotel Associations - BAHA, International Hotel & Restaurant Association - IH&RA and European-Mediterranean Federation of Restaurants (EMRF), Regional Council for Renewable Energy Sources and Energy Efficiency.
