Description
Activities to establish an incubator in the northern region are still in progress in cooperation with the Municipality of Berane, the organisation Cariatas – Luxemburg and DDSME (MoE 2009: 51). By now, the business plan and a plan of construction work for the new facility has been developed. This project is supported by IPA 2008 – Project “Improving Business Environment for Small and Rural Enterprises” (MoE 2009: 51).
