The Finance Helpdesk will be holding Webinars periodically on specific topics. The first Catalogue contains online Financial Training Modules targeted towards the Cooperation Program.

Currently the following webinars are available:

Module 6 - Eligible and Ineligible Costs

This module gives an overview of what is allowed and what is not allowed to be charged to FP7 projects. The FP7 Regulations give a non excusive list for both costs. However, many costs that beneficiaries come across have some subjectivity to them.

Participants will gain a better understanding so that they can apply a logical thinking to their subjective costs and thus be less likely to make errors of judgement. This module is interactive.

Module 3 – Budgeting for FP7 Proposals

This module provides the participant with tools and knowledge to be able to build a workable budget for FP7 Proposals.

The topics covered will include:
• Budgeting Variables
• Man months – What are they? How are they calculated? How do they differ from Personnel Costs?
• Calculation of Cost of Employment
• Budgeting tools
• Filling in the A forms correctly
• Justification of costs section of the proposal.

This module is interactive.
