Highlights of the program include: 

•  A three-day program based on NBIA’s 25 years of experience training and reporting on business support development and operations, complete with workbooks, presentation slides, exercises and case studies created specifically for the business  community in Eastern Europe and Central Asia countries
•  Two qualified trainers to teach the courses

 The training program will cover:

1.    Introduction to Business Support and Incubation
2.    Building a Program of Client Services
3.    Business Support Center Marketing and Impact Tracking

 The training is designed to address the specific challenges facing the business support industry in Europe and Central Asia and provide participants with education in international best practices. This training serves to address inconsistency in the quality of business support centers managers by elevating the standard level of support offered to entrepreneurs in the region.  Additionally, this workshop aims to bring in incubator managers from neighboring states, helping managers and clients to forge stronger international alliances with people in other markets.

Price:

•   1 participant from organization: 649 EUR (+18% VAT) + costs for accommodation and travel
•   2 participants from organization: 10% discount for the 2nd participant+ costs for accommodation and travel
•    3 participants from organization: 10% for the 2nd participant and 20% discount for the 3rd participant etc. + costs for accommodation and travel
