News archive - EURAB calls for proactive international research policy

The European Research Advisory Board (EURAB) published a critical report discussing the needs and provisions of a systematic international policy for S&T, simplified procedures and enhanced information campaigns in third countries. It states that funding and policy instruments should cease to treat developing, emerging and industrialised countries as a single group and mainstream international cooperation in the Seventh Framework Programme on Research (FP7).

These are some of the main the messages from the critical report by the European Research Advisory Board on the EU's international research cooperation policies.
