News archive - Conference "Romanian scientific diaspora"
Under the patronage of the prime minister of Romania Calin Popescu Tariceanu, office of prime minister in partnership with National Authority for Scientific Research and Romanian Academy the conference “Diaspora in Cercetarea Stiintifica Romaneasca” will be organised, September 17-19, 2008 in Bucharest.
The confererence is aimed at Romanian scientists living in diaspora, therefore variuos workshops and lectures will be organised. The workshops are organised for different scientific disciplines: mathematics, lingustics ,psichology, nanotechnology, chemistry, environment protection, space, food security and safety, biomedicine, phisycs and tehnical sciences, biodynamics, geophysics, energy, biochemistry and molecular biology, physics, neuro sciences, biology/bioinformatics, engineering, political sciences, architecture and urbanism, economics.
Until now there are around 600 participants from which more than 200 from abroad, from all the continents.
