News archive - KBF Promotes Studying Abroad at Western Balkan Universities

The King Baudouin Foundation offers grants of annually 10.000€ to five universities in the Western Balkans to organise activities to inform about and to promote studying abroad among students, such as information days on studying abroad, scout and ambassadors’ programmes in which former exchange students inform interested students about studying abroad opportunities and support them in their application for scholarships or other activities.

Grants have been given for one year and are extendable to two years based on an evaluation of the first year and a list of propositions for promotion activities for the second year.

The following universities are currently supported by this programme:

ALBANIA: Polytechnic University of Tirana; Fan S. Noli University
BOSNIA-HERZEGOVINA: University of Sarajevo
FYR OF MACEDONIA: South East European University - Office of International Relations; University Goce Delcev Stip
MONTENEGRO: University of Montenegro
SERBIA: University of Belgrade; University of Novi Sad; University of Kragujevac
