International Conference: Conventional and Molecular Breeding of Field and Vegetable Crops will take place in Novi Sad, Serbia on November 24-27, 2008.

The Conference will include plenary lectures, oral and poster presentations that are focused on the field and vegetable crops breeding. The aim of this meeting is to present and critically discuss individual and group approaches in breeding and breeding-related areas.

The scientific programme of the BREEDING 08 will cover molecular and conventional breeding of field and vegetable crops. The aim is to present and critically discuss individual and group approaches in breeding and breeding-related areas.

The main topics include:

Genetic resources and prebreeding
Breeding for yield and quality
Breeding for resistance to biotic and abiotic stresses
