News archive - FP7 Transport Information Days to be Broadcast Live on Internet

The FP7 Transport Information Days, taking place in Brussels on September 28-29, 2009, will be broadcasted live on the internet, supporting the preparation of proposals for the calls published on July 30, 2009. The event will be broadcast live on internet.

The aim of the two-day event is to inform potential researchers about FP7 and the new Transport Calls for Proposals under the ‘Co-operation’ Programme. Details will also be given on the main legal and procedural conditions and we will respond to your questions. Participants will also have the chance to network with potential project partners.

The first day, 28th September, will focus on the Sustainable Surface Transport Call. The morning will feature rail freight and eco innovation waterborne opportunities. The afternoon will provide major presentations on the Green Cars Initiative, an important new action now being launched by the European Commission. Day 2, 29 September, morning only, will be dedicated to the Aeronautics and Air Transport Call. Project ideas, networking and brokerage events.
