News archive - Scoop Project Launches News Alert Service on SSH Research for Policy

A News Alert Service on "Socio-economic and Humanities Research for Policy" has been launched by SCOOP project, an initiative supported by FP7.

This free of charge e-News Alert Service is addressed to policymakers, the academic community concerned by the SSH research and the specialised press in SSH. It will be sent monthly and will comprise 6 articles on 6 different projects results from each scientific Activity of the SSH Programme, selected for their policy relevance, and addressing the major challenges facing the social, economic, political and cultural make-up of Europe.

This initiative aims at improving the dissemination and transfer of knowledge from SSH research funded under the 6th and 7th Framework Programmes. This dissemination will be focused on local, regional national and European policy making levels.
