News archive - [Event Announcement] Regional Economic Forum for South East Europe (REF SEE 2010)
The Regional Economic Forum for South East Europe - REF SEE 2010 will be held in Tirana, Albania on November 25 and 26, 2010. It will deal with improvement and harmonisation of development policies and the overall business environment.
Previous meetings were held in Cavtat, Miločer, Dubrovnik, Ohrid and Sarajevo, with more then 300 government officials, representatives of business sector, academic society and media (only last year there were 100 different media from the region).
Participants will discuss how to existing barriers can be removed and new possibilities for connection, exports promotion, cooperation and joint projects of public institutions and business sector of countries in the region can be used.
The round tables will focus on the following issues:
* Capital Cities - generators of the regional development
* Regional Business Cooperation - protagonist of the sustainable development
* Club de Madrid - Global Economic Governance
* than the Presidential session where will be presented Report on the Competitiveness of the Countries and the region of SEE region 2010 - 2011. reflected on by the presidents of the countries in the region.
