Are you interested or already working in the area of human resources development or education and training, preferably in the nuclear area? Would be interested in sharing your view on the importance of developing a system to monitor human resource supply through universities and the need from nuclear stakeholders in the EU and in your respective country? The deadline is 25 July 2011.

In the frame of Enlargement & Integration Action the European Commission Directorate General Joint Research Centre offers specialized workshops and advanced training courses with a focus on experts from the new Member States, candidate countries, potential candidate countries, FP7 associated countries, European Neighborhood Policy countries and Russia as well on an ad hoc basis experts from countries within the area of the EU Neighborhood Policy (http://ec.europa.eu/dgs/jrc/index.cfm?id=3080).

In the second half of 2011, a series of workshops are planned in specialized areas for Scientific & Technical support to EU policies, which correspond to well-established JRC core competencies. The main objective of these workshops will be to assist the competent organizations with the scientific and technical methods and techniques underpinning EU policy implementation, learn about the methods currently available in the present or potential candidates of the EU and discuss future implementation.
