The main objective of the conference is to show the directions of further development of information society in the Republic of Serbia for the most important aspects of this development and to assist in the assessment of ICT capabilities of domestic resources for more efficient performance and sales in the domestic as well as regional and wider international market.

The conference will be held at the Ceremonial Hall of the Municipality of Stari Grad, Belgrade, Makedonska 42, beginning at 9:00 pm and the program is planned to last until 17:00.

Representatives include all major national, social, economic, educational, media and other subjects in their activities in various forms of action involved in the development and application of modern information and communication technology for the government, economy, education, health, media and all other social activities, etc.

E-Development Conference 2011 is the first conference in a series of such conferences will be organized regularly in the future every year and also initiate a series of differentiated thematic round tables, discussion forums, educational workshops and other forms of professional gatherings to its significance and conclusions contribute to more efficient approach in developing the information society of the Republic of Serbia.
