The event "Governance and Management Models in Higher Education - A Global Perspective" is organised by the European University Association on September 3-5, 2008 in Coimbra, Portugal.

The Faculty of Economics and the Coimbra Centre for Innovative Management (CCIM) are organising the conference with the following themes:

governance and management in a context of change;
innovation and management models: the role of structures and human resources;
evaluation and quality assurance: perspectives and criteria.
