News archive - Call for membership application for the 3rd. wave of Living Labs
Living Lab is a new concept for R&D and innovation to boost the Lisbon strategy for jobs and growth in Europe. There are big differencens among the various living labs, but they have one thing in common: the human-centric involvement and its potential for development of new ICT-based services and products. It is all done by bringing different stakeholders together in a co-creative way.
The call for membership application for the 3rd. wave of Living Labs joining the network is currently open and will close soon on September 30, 2008 (applications from non European Living Labs are also welcome).
The accepted candidacies will be announced on November 25 at the ICT 2008 conference in Lyon at a fantastic official cocktail reception, under the auspices of French Presidency.
Expressions of intent should be sent via email to 3rdwavecall@cdt.ltu.se indicating name of Living Lab and Location, in order to better plan for the selection process.
