IEIRD 2011 is organized under the auspices of the President of the Republic of Macedonia H.E. Dr. Gjorge Ivanov and under the patronage of the European Academy of Sciences and Arts and Macedonian Academy of Sciences and Arts.

The Conference title is “From Entrepreneurial Learning to Innovation and Regional Development”.  

The objective of the conference is to gather together decision makers (government, ministries and state agencies), innovation experts (universities, research and development centres, technology transfer centers, start-up centres) and practitioners (SMEs, business incubators and business support organisations) to generate discussion and exchange on the potential of entrepreneurship promotion and innovation to national and regional competitiveness.
