News archive - New Online Distribution System for eBooks on CEE/SEE

A new electonic distribution system for eBooks from/about Central, Eastern and South-Eastern Europe is now available online on http://www.dibido.eu.

DiBiDo is a follow-up and extension of the Central and Eastern European Online Library, dealing with the same thematic areas as the CEEOL archives and based on the same sources - publishing houses from all over Central, Eastern and South-Eastern Europe.

Comprehensive free excerpts are available to ensure that readers get a good impression of a book before buying it. Readers may also suggest books to be included in the database.

Apart from books, DiBiDo also has over 70.000 articles from 228 periodicals available.

DiBiDo will also be present at the Frankfurt Book Fair (October 15-19, 2008, Hall 5.0, stand C 901).
