ICIP invites applications from short term experts able to provide training to Business Innovation Support Organisations (BISOs) on one or more of the following topics:

• Raising awareness & information sharing related to innovation in SMEs including developing and implementing effective communication strategies.
• Supporting technological and scientific cooperation including technology transfer and knowledge exchange activities.
• Supporting (new) product and service development or introduction of new processes including prototyping, design, technology and market evaluation.
• Protecting intellectual property rights and know-how.
• Licensing of IPR including how-how.
• Supporting innovative SMEs, start-ups and spin-offs including innovation management, development of business plans, feasibility studies and raising equity and debt capital.
• Assisting in human capital mobility.
• Promoting / facilitate networking and grouping including participating in development of national and regional innovation systems, knowledge networks and innovation networks.
• Supporting & creating clusters and promoting SMEs & research base participation.
• Assisting in accessing national public funding for RDTI activities.
• Searching for public funding and monitoring of public tenders.
• Assisting in accessing funds for SMEs from EU FP7.
• Assisting in accessing funds for SMEs from other EU programmes including CIP and cross border funds.
