The Agency for Development of Higher Education and Quality Assurance of Bosnia and Herzegovina announced a public competition for selection of domestic and international experts to provide assessment and conduct quality review and give recommendations on accreditation of higher education institutions and study programmes.
International experts are welcomed to participate in the work of Committees for external evaluation.
Public competition and application form is available from http://www.hea.gov.ba/Konkursi-tenderi/application%20form.doc and should be filled out and sent via e-mail adress info@hea.gov.ba with all other required documents no later than January 15, 2010.

Experts are sought in different categories:
1. Category - experts representatives of academic community in BiH
2. Category – experts representatives of economy and practice
3. Category – students
4. Category – international experts
Agency for Development of Higher Education and Quality Assurance is an independent public organization in charge for quality assurance in higher education of Bosnia and Herzegovina. The Agency was established in December 2008 in accordance with the Framework Law on Higher Education in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Its competencies are relating with specific Law provisions, with two main duties: to serve as an independent state institution in charge for development of specific provisions and recommendations for higher education such as standards, norms, etc. and to provide quality assurance and accreditation of higher education institutions and study programs.
