The conference will pay special attention to networking with similar institutions in the EU, whose representatives will participate in the conference, and to the development of innovative ICT activities in technology parks and incubators.

Tentative conference agenda:

• the role of business incubators in fostering the competitiveness of Croatia's economy
• presentation of current projects fostering the development of business competitiveness
• lectures by renowned experts on competitiveness, development, export and sustainability of national institutions following Croatia's accession to the EU
• networking of Croatian business incubators and technology parks into an association based on excellence
• particular emphasis will be placed on presenting cases of successful transfer of knowledge into business projects
• workshops: innovativeness, financing of business ventures, networking

The organisers are pleased to inform you that, with the generous assistance of our patron USAID, it is possible to cover the travelling and accommodation expenses and the fees for the lecturers whose presentations are selected by the organising committee. Therefore, you are kindly requested to submit the topic of your lecture (which must address the tentative conference agenda). Each lecture will be given a maximum 30 minute time slot. There will also be opportunity to participate as one of the workshop leaders (innovativeness, financing of business ventures, networking).
